Do I need to have an account to purchase?

No, you do not need to register for an account to start purchasing with us.

How do I order?

Select your desired items and click “Add To Bag” to add items to your shopping bag. You may continue browsing for other products or, complete your order by clicking on the shopping bag (top right-hand corner) to check out.

I  have problems carting out an item. 

You will be able to cart out the item as long as it is available. For items that are currently no longer in stock, the status will be reflected as "Sold Out"

How long is the processing? 

I try to process my earrings as quickly as possible but I'm also a mum and have a couple of other jobs. So realistically, processing times normally take 2-5 days. I will inform you via email if I'm running behind.

A note on colours

Every effort has been made to make sure my website images truly reflect my earrings in real life. Please remember that colours may appear slightly different on other computer and phone screens.

What are the payment methods available?

Accepted modes of payment are VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept iBanking for Singapore residents.

Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?

Orders are processed and fulfilled within a short time frame, therefore, we cannot accommodate any changes after order confirmation.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We apologize for our oversight. Kindly drop us an email with your order number and images of the product to chakrika_hotmail.com

 I provided the wrong address. How do I change it?
You can drop an email to [email protected] with your order number and the changes you would like to make
